About President
Maksym Krippa is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor, President of the Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF), who actively supports the development of the esports industry and the formation of a modern esports ecosystem in Ukraine.
As President of the Federation, Maksym Krippa focuses on the long-term development of Ukrainian esports and its integration into the global esports ecosystem.
The Federation is also working on establishing a system of national esports competitions, supporting the Ukrainian national esports team, and expanding international cooperation.

Priority 1
Development of the national esports ecosystem
Creation of a comprehensive system of nationwide tournaments and national championships, as well as organization of qualification pathways to international competitions.

Institutional development of esports
Improvement of the regulatory framework, strengthening cooperation with government institutions, and integration of esports into the national sports system.
Priority 3
International integration
Expansion of cooperation with international tournament operators and ensuring Ukraine’s representation at global competitions.

Youth and veteran programs
Support for student tournaments, educational initiatives, and training platforms aimed at developing new generations of Ukrainian esports athletes.
